What is the model number of the refrigerator?
Can you hear if the evaporator fan inside the freezer compartment behind a panel is running?
It will stop when a door is opened (either door) and restart again when the doors are shut. You may have to listen close to the fridge to hear it if it is a quiet fan. It will run as long as the compressor motor is running.
It is the evaporator fan that blows the cold air from the freezer compartment into the refrigerator compartment to cool it down to the set temp. If there is a problem with the fan (see below) then the freezer will stay cold because that is where the evaporator unit is located and where the cold temperature is created but the refrigerator will get warmer.
If you can’t hear it at all then it may either be a faulty fan, a faulty fan power supply or perhaps it is iced over and this prevents it from operating.
If it is iced over then there is a defrost problem.
This could be caused by a faulty defrost heater, a blocked drain between the freezer compartment and the evaporator pan under the compartments, a faulty defrost thermostat or perhaps a faulty defrost timer (or control board depending on the model).
The evaporator fan, evaporator unit, defrost heater, defrost thermostat and drain can be accessed by removing the panel at the back on the inside of the freezer compartment. Access is through the door at the front of the freezer compartment. Disconnect the power from the refrigerator if you going to work on it

Hi @jayeff , Thank you for your reply. My model number is Hotpoint XAG95T1IKH. I can heard the fan after I closed the door and very louded. Is also sound like is got problem of passing through something.

You may have to remove the panel at the back in the freezer compartment and check the fan operation.
I think that your model has magnetic door switches in the door jamb soewhere and I'm not sure where they are located as this would make it easier to see the fan operate by operating the door switch so to fool the controls that the door was closed when it was open so that you could see the fan work.
The door switches turn on/off the lights as well as the fan i.e. door open - light on fan off, door closed - light off fan on

I have a brand new hotpoint refrigerator model number HPS16BTNRWW. The freezer is fine but the fridge is warm. Fan blows good its not freezing on the coil. Not sure why this is. Any suggestions?
If it is brand new contact the Hotpoint customer service section as seen in the user manual that should have come with the refrigerator as it will still be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
You do not want to be opening things to try and fix it as this will void the warranty.
I cannot even find any spare parts for the model as it is that new.
