This is probably not an issue with the tablet itself, this is probably the charger you’re using. Try using the charger provided by the manufacturer or use a different cable/adapter.

Chances are your charger is either dysfunctional or doesnt provide enough power to the tablet, try isolating whats going on. Try a different charger if it works you know the OG one is either broken or insufficient.
