hello David,
missing sensor, temperature sensor faulty on dock tape. Probably your dock flex is damaged or changed for un-genuine one

Is the dock tape sensor connected or on the charger port piece? How can I test it?
no one knows exactly where it is, due to a lack of reasonable schematics. It is definitely a varistor somewhere on board a DOCK flex assy. However, the problem may be located elsewhere. We have a small interposer here, powered directly from the battery by the second pp1v8 line, we have a separate power management. You have to solve it backwards, start by identifying the problem .
The only problem I have is that the phone restarts
. •I have charging capacity,
•battery holds a charge (it obviously depletes faster due to the restarting of the phone.
•face id works
•speakers work
•Mic works
Does the new repair Manuals for the 12 or 13 shed any light On the schematic challenge? @tojaert
no, the new repair manuals only provide for the replacement of entire, digitally signed components and programming them into the IOS system. Otherwise, you will get the message "Unable to verify originality ... bla bla bla" if it work at all.
