Try the following and check if doing any improve performance.
- Wipe the cache partition
- Try using the phone in safe mode. If it works OK in safe mode then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall. When it works OK the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn't come pre-instaled on the phone when you first got it.

There are a few reasons that a phone can slow down. Attempt a restart of the phone by pressing and holding the power button and the volume button on the side of the Samsung Galaxy A21s until the screen turns off. After turning it back on see if that helps the issue. Otherwise, it could be an issue with how much data is on the devices storage. See if you can unload some data and see if that helps the issue.

Try restarting the phone, and checking your phone's system health (you can do this by opening Settings>Battery and Device Care and performing the necessary actions for each category). This will also help you free up space with the help of the corresponding tab. Additionally you can also check for system updates by opening Settings>Software update>Download and install.

Well I will suggest you to scan your phone of junk file by using a good phone cleaner app and also delete the duplicate photos from you phone because we all have so many photos in are phone now day that also fill are phones memory that also mark are phones slow as well.
