Does anyone know the name of this transistor in iPod classic 3?

This transistor is located at the bottom of the logic board of iPod model A1040 and it has burst. Does anyone know what its full name is and what alternative I can find for it?

The board designator for the component is D?3 (you covered it with your highlight) so it's a diode. D=Diode

Having 3 connectors could mean that it is a dual diode (aka double diode, twin diode - example only to show 3 terminal connection possibilities).

As to its type and value you would need to have the schematics to know exactly what it is to be able to find a replacement.

Looks like a diode. Should be something written on it. Can you see what it says!

This electronic part has 3 bases, the first letter written on its lost and the rest of the letters are 4P9. I thought this part was a transistor. However, what further guidance can you give me?

I looked this diode on a broken logic board that I have and it is named DZ3, if I recall correctly, one of these handle the firewire or USB output to the logic board (the other one is DZ1 an inch away). You might replace it with another one from a spare logic board.
