I have a similar problem with our MVWB65FW3 commercial washer. I start the washer, light on Sensing turns on and drum spins very slowly 2-3 cycles before it goes to Wash cycle but immediately stops and returns to sensing. Repeats this cycle 4-5 times before it finally turns off. Takes a while before Lid Lock releases.

Here's the Tech sheet for the washer (assuming you meant MVWB765FW3?).
Run the diagnostics as described in the sheet and check what error codes are shown. The sheet shows the most likely causes for each error code.
