Hi, Aymen.
To solve your issue, follow these simple steps.
• Make sure your device is completely charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
• Swipe down from the Notification bar and select Settings.
• Scroll down and select "Software update".
• Select "Check for updates", then select "OK".
• Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the update.
