My controller doesn’t work.
I have a corded controller for the original Xbox. Plug it in and no controls work.

Hi, lan.
Try power cycling your Xbox controller
To do
• Hold the Xbox button on your controller for around 10-15 seconds
Or
• No batteries are inserted in your controller
