Hello there,
I've had problems using the controller and the wifi with my Ps3 slim ever since I bought it. The controller is not recognized at all, but the WiFi is recognized but cannot connect. I opened the console today and checked if the antennas are connected correctly. Unfortunately this was the case. Do I have to replace the antennas or the chip to fix it?

Honestly, replacing the antenna's would be a good place to start. then try again to connect and see if anything has changed
