Samsung 4 k tv blinks black screen and red light blinks

Is that a crack along the top right edge of the screen i.e. the screen itself and not the surrounding frame?

Can't see it too well even when zoomed in. Even if it is the frame, the screen could be broken there as well.

If so the panel is broken and would need to be replaced as it cannot be repaired. After that you would have to check what else may have been damaged on the boards

Finding the correct panel maybe not that easy and also the cost of a replacement can be nearly half the cost of a new TV.
