vibration but no sound
my iphone 6s has vibration but no sound. i changed the speaker but again nothing changed. can anyone help with this?

Do you get sound during any functions? Are you getting sound when you answer the phone for example? Just not when your phone rings? Troubleshooting sound can be a bit tricky because of the number of speakers and microphones on the average iPhone.

I didn't try it during a call. I get sound when I plug in the BT or wired headset but no sound without them. The interesting thing is that when I try it in the ringtone section, there is vibration but no sound.
In addition, I changed the speaker thinking that the problem would be in the speaker. The result is the same vibration but no sound
@arifcam Definitely would expect to be getting some sound in the ringtone menu. If you're still not getting any sound out of the speaker, make sure the speaker grill along the bottom of the phone is clear and not clogged up with dust. Usually you can still hear faint noise though, if that is the cause.
It's also possible that the charging cable assembly is bad, that's what the conduit the speaker uses to get signals to the logic board.
