I suggest a magnifying glass - your phone may have this feature - and look at the card carefully to see where it is stuck. Small needle-nose pliers can be used to gently release and pull the card out.

Try gently pushing the SD card in and then let it go.
It should spring back far enough for you to grab it and pull it out.
If you want to insert a new SD card (it only goes in one way so don't force it) push it in until it clicks into place.
