I can hear vibrations and ringtone and also youtube videos, but for some reason there is no audio from phone calls and doesnt show audio for photo gallery.
I was thinking its a Audio IC problem but with that normally I wouldnt be able to hear anything from anywhere.
Any help?

@axl55056 its an audio ic issue
@axl55056 not always the case, you can still get some sound out of the loudspeaker but greyed out loudspeaker on calls is usually always the chip. i have repaired enough of these to know

Are you sure? Normally Audio IC there will no audio from anything. I can hear audio on youtube and ringtone.

If the speaker phone button is greyed out in a call, or voice memos don't work 99.99% chance this is Audio IC. Also usually manifests with issues outputting audio via USB (either to a dock, an adapter or headphones).
I have seen Audio IC issues before where Audio is okay in some places, but not others. If you want a more comprehensive diagnostic walk through, I might check out the iPhone No Sound troubleshooting page. But it still sounds to me like Audio IC. (Also looking at this page almost a year later... I think this was the first wiki I wrote... I might update it a smidge :D)

This is an audio ic issue if you can't tappable the loudspeaker.No ear speaker sound on call, no audio recording, etc like the problem shows in such cases. Sometimes it works automatically too. I also faced such issues but I fixed them. This is hardware related issues that most of the 7 series iPhones faced.
