Why does my machine start agitating and then stop after a few strokes?

If you haven't already done so, try resetting the washer by disconnecting the power to the washer for about 5 minutes and then reconnect it and check if this resolves the problem.

If you have haven't tried this or even if you have and it still doesn't work OK run the diagnostic tests as shown on p.2 of the tech sheet and check if any error codes are being shown.

The table that shows how to interpret the error status LEDs is shown on the lower right side of p.3. The possible reasons for the error codes are shown on p.6-7.

Hopefully a start in finding out what's happening
