lg 27gl650f Monitor does not power on
I have removed the board from the monitor and notice some discoloration on the underside of the processor. Is the board dead for sure? Or are there some things I can check with ohmmeter to make completely sure?

@garrettpell Can you unscrew the screws holding that board down and upload a photo of the other side of the board? Adding images to an existing question
