The caps lock on my hp15seq0024au is blinking 5 times long and 3 times short and the pc doesn't turn on.
I've tried removing the battery, memory, and also tried bios recovery using flash drive, nothing works. Please help

Disconnect the charger if connected, then open the laptop and disconnect the battery from the motherboard and then press and hold the laptop Power button for a full 30 seconds and then release it.
Reconnect the battery, reassemble the laptop, connect the charger and check if it turns on.
