Check for coolant leaks on the ground under the engine when the vehicle is parked or coolant stains on the engine, radiator hoses etc to see where it may be leaking from.
If nothing is visible, have someone follow you when you are driving and get them to look for white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe. If there is white smoke there may be a head gasket problem in the engine
