@billgreene2169 there is no "usual" USB port. You will need to get an accessory cable for your car stereo. It is that cable which plugs into the back of your stereo.
Look through the manual for your stereo, available on here. It'll tell you how and what can be connected.
If there are any questions that arise after that, post some pictures of the back of your stereo with your Question. That way we can see what you see.
