My kia sportage door is not opening from outside but it only opening from inside

@zunairzahid you will need to remove your door panel and check the connecting rod to the outside handle. Either they popped out or the plastic handle broke,. If it is broke , you will have to replace the handle. If it just popped out, replace the rod and secure it.
If your are talking about your power door lock not unlocking it, the it is the lock actuator that needs replacing.
