I continuously turned it off and on all the time it said so and still won't go back functioning like normal, it was perfect the other days I used it but now it won't work and it's not the sim card either. I don't know what to do. Any takers?
( keep in mind I bought this second hand from eBay)

@bdroj7pqp60b7d this is usually caused by a lens that either does not fully extends or retracts. Check the ideas mentioned on this site These lenses can't be fixed due to a lack of parts (unless you have a 3D printer and can make some) so replacing it would be the only fix for it.
