What do you mean by a "clogged defrost line"?

Do you mean the drain tube that runs from below the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment to the evaporator pan which is located under the refrigerator near the compressor motor?

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. I tried flushing it out with hot water. The evaporation pan is empty and very dry and water is collecting underneath the drawers inside the refrigerator.

Model number 253.71132105 serial number LA23227441. It is manufactured August 2002 and it was purchased from Sears
