I’m on HDMI2 and it says altafiber, in big bolt letters. It also has a spinner (forget what it’s called) and it’s been on 11/20 for a few weeks now, but it does spin but very slowly.

@kristinami26814 Oh, I get it. Altafiber TV (Cincinnati Bell Fioptics) Sounds like you are needing to set it up for your TV. Check the altafiber videos from here as well as this one

@kristinami26814 what are you connecting via HDMI? Spinner? How about posting a picture or two of what your screen shows. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
