@arvindkelji there are many options but the most likely culprit is a failed thermal fuse. Time to disassemble the laminator and to have a look at the components. Once you have it apart, post some good pictures of what you find with your Question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

where is the thermal fuse located on unit?
@arvindkelji you are not telling us if everything else ( powers on, Power LED lights up etc.) is working.
