How do I remove the speaker?

My left earcup stopped working after standing next to a door that slammed shut. After some research, I figure it is the speaker that is blown. The speaker appears to have 2 rounded screws that hold the mounting piece for the speaker driver. On the other side and underneath the silver cover are 4 more of these rounded screws. I cannot seem to identify a way to remove the speaker without removing these rounded bits.
