Keys behaving weirdly after reassembly

I tried to pry out all of my keys to clean the insides, but after a few keys it seemed like a ton of work so I decided to clean the ones I already had and place it back in. However, it seems like the pieces are misbehaving. Some of the keys simply just get stuck there inside after attaching, while one key switches forward and back like a light switch, and one is almost normal except it is slightly stuck on one corner. What have I done wrong, and how should I fix this?

Sadly you went a bit to far😩

Apple doesn’t make it easy, rarely can I put back the keycap. Time to replace the broken caps.

The clips tend to snap off in taken the cap off and there is a tricky process to putting them on as well with adding it to the trash heap.

Here’s my source Apple Keycaps

You might try going to the Apple Store see if they can replace the caps, but first figure out what doing it your self first as they will charge you.
