EVGA GTX 1050ti ramdonly stops working.

A few days ago my EVGA 1050ti started to suddenly stop sending video signal to my monitor. Some times it works fine for severals hours, and some time fails secods after turn on my PC. I've clean it, test it with other monitor, cable, port, in other PC and it is not a driver problem because its fail even in the setup. I have run some tools and the memory is OK.
