Here's the ifixit Samsung Galaxy S9 Battery Replacement guide that shows what to do.
Search online for EB-BG960ABE to find battery suppliers that suit you best.
ifixit frowns upon recommendations being posted as they are too subjective and can lead to more spam being posted on the forum, unless they are links for hard to source parts, repair guides for devices that haven't been hosted here yet or service manuals etc..
Any reputable, professional mobile phone repair service should be able to do a battery replacement on the phone.
