@gary64521 - Carefully disconnect the battery following this guide MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Battery Replacement also inspect the battery to see if it’s puffy, if it is you may need to replace it. But for now with nothing connected and the battery not connected press and hold the power button for a goo 15secs that will de-energies the logic board. Now just plug in your MagSafe charger. The system should spontaneously restart, let it fully boot up and do a clean shutdown. Now reconnect the battery and try to restart the system again, did it startup this time?

This sounds like a logic board issue then. Time to find someone with the tools and skills to debug the logic board.
