Hello I recently purchased a razer orochi v2 from a liquidation store and it will connect to my laptop , but will not function. The cursor moves extremely slowly and any clicks take seconds to be recognized not sure what could be the issue.

Use a rubber or foam spacer to put pressure on the chip circled. If you have a solder reflow station heating the chip will likely fix the bad solder joints
