my laptop is not charging. I thought it was due to the charger, but after replacing it turned out to be the laptop itself. The battery is also good. So it will have to be something between the battery and the charger input. Who knows the solution?

It seems like it may be a loose or broken DC-In jack (supplier example only), thereby disconnecting the power path between the charger and the motherboard, so that laptop cannot operate or the battery be charged..
By loose I mean that it has become disconnected for the systemboard. If this is the case it simply needs to be resoldered back onto the motherboard
With being broken is that what can sometimes happen is the centre +ve connector of the jack, breaks internally and this opens the power path between the charger and the motherboard. If this is the case then the jack will have to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
In either case the laptop will need to be opened and checked and tested to find out what is wrong.
Here's a video that shows how to replace the DC-In jack on the motherboard that may help.
Initially you could use the video to gain access to the jack when in situ to confirm that there is power reaching the motherboard through the jack i.e. 19.5V DC on the output (motherboard) side of the jack when the charger is connected.
If testing proves the jack needs to be resoldered or replaced then as shown in the video the motherboard will have to be removed from the laptop so that the jack can be safely either resoldered or replaced.

Does the laptop indicate that the charger is connected?

@jayeff A515-55, model no. N18Q13. No it started with when I turned the kabel it sometimes worked and the it stopt at all..
