Hello, I have a MacBook Pro 1278 2009. When you turn on the device, a white screen appears and nothing else. I've tried all the ideas. Command + R and Command + Alt + R. But all that appears is a folder with a question mark inside. I changed the hard disk cable as well, to no avail. I hope you can help

@rayq2009 This "But all that appears is a folder with a question mark inside" means that your MacBook Pro does not find an OS. It's either a bad disk or the OS is not on it or corrupt. Check this post for resolution of this issue MacBook Folder With Question Mark
