Is the model a GFE27GGDCBB and not the model number you quoted?
If so here's the mini manual for the model that may help.
Check if there's +12VDC and -12VDC available on pins J3/17 and J3/20 of the door board (part #195 in the parts diagram) as shown by the schematic for the model (GFE27GD models, shown on bottom right of p.4 of the mini manual).

Hello @jayeff, thank you for looking into this.
You are correct about the model number.
Everything on the diagram is the same as the control board except I have one extra black wire in between the black/pink wire, and black/red wire that is not connected to anything. There does not seem to be a connection that will fit it. The board also has a small green light blinking on it, position Z1. The board has power just no function.
You may have to check the dispenser board and the main control board to see if its connections/voltages are OK.
At least the door board is providing the DC voltages necessary. Whether or not they get to the other boards and they are OK is another matter
