How do I find out what the loose wire is in the back of my Blu tablet

My cat knocked my tablet (Blu M8L 2022) off the couch and now there is a loose wire in the back of it and my touch screen won't move when I touch it. But I can see everything on my screen. The wire is at the top right side and it's just a single wire taped down to the plastic. It wasn't soldered to anything else just a little spot on the black tape that has a dot of solder on it. I can send pics if necessary. I have tried to get the bare wire to stay in connection with the dot of solder but it's been very impossible to get it to stay but I believe it has something to do with my touch screen. When the wire is not touching the solder on the tape it won't stay on which indicates that it's also got something to do with the battery I think because I have to turn it back on.
