Does anyone know how to fix the windows problem , where you are stuck in the “ chose an option “ screen I’ve tried everything possibly, I even called Lenovo to help but they said that I have to pay 121$ to get it fixed and I dont have that.

Sounds as though the Windows Recovery partition may have a problem.
Try to fix it by creating a Windows Recovery USB.
You can do this from any known working Win10/11 PC. All you need is a 8GB USB flashdrive and 40-60 minutes of time.
In the host PC go to Control Panel → Recovery → Create a recovery drive and follow the prompts.
To get to Control Panel type control panel in the search box on the Taskbar.
When you have the USB recovery drive, start the laptop and get into BIOS and change the boot order to USB 1st boot option, insert the USB recovery drive into a USB port, save the changes and exit from BIOS and restart the laptop.
It should boot from the USB drive into the Windows Recovery Environment menus.
When there, click on Troubleshoot → Advanced → Startup Repair and follow the prompts.
Do not select Reset this PC because if you choose the wrong option after this you may erase all your data as Windows will be reinstalled.

When is it asking you to choose an option?
When it first starts, is it booting into Windows or not?

1.)
Yoga C740-15IML Laptop (Lenovo) - Type 81TD
2.) as soon as I turn it on, it proceeds to say “ automatic repair , automatic repair couldn’t repair your pc , press “ advanced options to try other options to repairs your pc or shut down” when I tap “ advanced options it says “ choose an option , there’s continue , USA a device , troubleshoot or turn off pc. I’ve tried everything it doesnt work.
3.) it doesn’t boot into window , just that
