@harshagarw93477 there are many thing that can cause this. You did not tell us if everything else works, just not the charging.
If the only issue is the charging, it could be a battery issue. Remember that the battery is fused and it may have failed. It is also possible that the battery is "locked" that means it does not accept a charge. Both of those things could be fixed but require some special tools (costs about 4 times that of a new battery, so may not be the best approach here ;-)
If it is not the battery, then the issue will be in the charging circuit on your laptop. For that you will need to test the comp[omnet on your motherboard. For that, you should have the schematic as well as the component layout of the board (and tools like a good multimeter etc.) We can try and assist you with that but we would need to know the exact model for you motherboard. The number is usually stencilled on the top side of the board (the one that faces the keyboard. Take a picture of your motherboard (both side, very well focused) and post that with your Question.
As you see, it can be pretty involved and complex. If this would be my computer and I would be in this situation, I'd replace the battery first. That would give me at minimum a known-well starting point for any further troubleshooting.
One more thing, since this is a relatively new computer I would definitely contact ASUS to check if there is any warranty for this computer repair. If so, let them fix it.
