I have a whirlpool EC3JHAXRL12 refrigerator and I can't find out how to get into diagnostic mode. Please help me with this issue I have looked everywhere and nothing. Thanks!!

My GE fridge has a couple of sheets of service information tucked under one of the covers on the top of the refrigerator. I'd suggest poking around and taking off any easily accessible covers you can find to see if yours has any papers hiding under them. Mine gave me the procedure for entering diagnostic mode along with the meanings for the error codes produced.

I can't find the tech sheet (whirlpool p/n 2322229) for the model online and most part suppliers state that it is no longer available.
For future reference, here's the tech sheet for the ice maker in your model.
