What is the model number of the refrigerator?

If the refrigerator door is not closing properly the compartment is not being sealed therefore condensation occurs as warmer moist outside air enters the compartment through the gaps between the door and the refrigerator compartment and also cold air is lost to the outside, hence the warmer temperatures inside.

Check that the door seals are OK i.e. not loose, twisted, broken etc. preventing the door from closing properly and also that the door hinges are set to allow the door to close properly i.e. door top and bottom is straight and parallel to the cabinet.
