So I havnt used my vita and ages so it was having power issues like trying to shut itself off like something pressing the home button even if I tried to clean under it it still does it. The home button doesn't respond either probably cause of the power button thing but all other buttons work. My first try was replacing the battery with a new one but still happens.
I was wondering if someone has had the same issue

Hi!
So you are having issues with the power button? If this is the case, the best thing to do is to replace the left button board and see if that fixed it.

If this didn't fixed it, you do need to check the motherboard.
