If I replace the battery I wont be able to see the battery health. Saw some videos that you have to cut off the battery manager and spot weld it to the new one, is there any other option to fix battery health or am I just overreacting the whole thing and its not that complicated at all?

Do you also have to program it to show the correct battery health? I saw that a guy programmed the new one to 100% but does it decrease overtime or thats just a way to scam ppl into that its 100%? Or can you calibrate the new battery with the old battery manager to the correct battery health?
afther programming the battery it will show the correct battery healt.
