@ruqaiyaabid if you are referring to things like opening Apps by itself etc, then the issue is most likely related to something called "Ghost Touch". It is caused by a failure of the display assembly in particular the digitizer. The only way to fix this is by replacing the display. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that, use something like this video to replace the display assembly. Replacement displays for your phone are readily available at many online places.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
