Why is the roter winding sparking with brushes on the lamellas
I cleaned the space between the lamella and it sparks nonstop when energized.

What did you clean the commutator with?
If black emery paper or a sandpaper is used it leaves fine particles which can cause sparking to occur.
Try cleaning the gaps between the segments using a soft toothbrush and a vacuum cleaner and then clean the segments using a soft lint free cloth slightly moistened with Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available from electronics parts stores).
Then try cleaning it again using either white or red emery paper
