replacing screen on dv6000
can i just replace the entire monitor casing and all without taking off the LCD screen. Basically from brackets up?

shine1lytskin28, only if you go with a used one, and only if the cables are not connected from the LCD. Page 5-36 of the manual available here will show you how. Hope this helps, good luck.
