Touch screen doesnt't work correctly
It works on his own, opening and closing app. It has become unusable and it is really difficult unlocking it

Seems like the digitizer (touchscreen) is ghost touching and would have to be replaced as it cannot be repaired.
Unfortunately it is integrated with the LCD panel as it is not a separately replaceable component.
Here's the product maintenance manual that shows how to disassemble the tablet.
Search online for 5D68C17859 to find suppliers of the display module that suit you best. (examples only)
