After I open its says choose option

This definitely sounds like your Windows installation is having issues with boot and going straight into recovery. I would try a few things.

Select Troubleshoot. Most of the options here could help you.

1. Startup Repair. It's unlikely to fix anything, but I would try it anyway since it's easy and unlikely to do additional harm.
2. Try a System Restore. If you're lucky, this will be configured and there will be a point you can restore to before the damage to Windows was done. It should be relatively straight forward to do this. I usually pick the closest date in the list and try that first.
3. Uninstall updates. If this occurred after a Windows update, you can uninstall the most recent one and see if that helps.
4. Command prompt. This will be more complicated but in my opinion is the most likely to succeed. In the window that pops up type the following command and press enter.

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=C: /offwindir=C:\Windows

This scans your Windows directory for any system file corruption. If it finds issues it will repair them.
