Softener and bleach run straight through
When I put softener or bleach in the dispenser, it immediately runs into the tub, instead of dispensing at the appropriate time. Any idea how to fix this?

Try replacing the dispenser cup and check if that resolves the problem.

I watched the video. That's the wrong kind of washer. Mine is a front loader and the dispenser is a "drawer" When I put bleach or softener in, it runs straight into the tub before the door is closed or the cycle even starts.
My answer was based on the washer model number as selected by you in your question i.e GTWN4250D0WS and it is a top loader machine
What is the model number of your washer?
