There might be a loose connection somewhere. The first thing to do would be to reinstall the screen making sure all the connections are connect appropriately. Go slow and make sure you do it right. first without knowing too much about your situation I would check to make sure that the cable itself is not at fault. Try using a different fast charge cable and see if it works with that one. Narrow it down . I hope that helps and you get to fast charge your phone in the future

try sending the document to yourself in gmail and opening it with google docs to see if it is the file or if it is ms word that is the problem. if it opens in google docs then you know it is word but the great thing is that you will still have access to it. And for future reference if you do not want to keep upgrading and paying for word use libre office which is open source and free. I hope that this helps you out

the problem is most likely one of two things or both, using too much ram or background app and the pone may be overheating. the suggestions above will help out with both issues as they can be dependent on each other. too many apps can cause your phone to overheat. so try clearing cache using cleaning apps and taks managers to cut down on app and memory usage and see if that helps. Otherwise it is looking like there could be something physically wrong with the jack itself . I believe having fixed quite few phones that it is almost always easier to replace the whole digitizer and screen instead of just the glass. with the glass there is usually glue and all that and it is normally very difficult with very little room for error. the glass is normally fragile and the digitizer is sensitive to heat. I almost always now replace the whole setup instead of just the glass. It is not worth it to me
