Hey there! You may not know, but this site is all about learning and fixing devices yourself! Yes, there are plenty of people on here who are experienced electronics repair workers, but unless you talk to someone directly, I think the best advice you're going to get is to try it yourself. If you're not comfortable with that, look online for a location nearby that may do it. Phone repair places are popping up all over the place nowadays, so I'm sure there is one near you. That stinks! Replacing/removing a screen is always a difficult process for me, so I know where you're coming from. If it's your daily driver you can try replacing the screen with this one here. Sorry to hear that happened!

If it's linked to your phone I suppose it's possible that the default fitness app on your phone is still tracking steps, turning that into calories burned, then sending that info to your Gear. I know S Health does this, so I would presume that any other app you use does the same.

My best guess would be that the Micro USB charger may have died. You can easily replace the bottom module of the phone (gotta love the Fariphone) if you want. You can pick up the piece from the Fairphone store here. Here's a guide to do so, although that phone is so simple you hardly need it. Hope this helps!
