correct - the reason Apple soldered that SSD to motherboard - as if there would be T2 + possibility to to upgrade via M.2 - that would..... NOT work with any SSD - would p*ss off many people
any corrosion on motherboard? In what humidify it was used? How it was used? (I talk about CPU/GPU usage) They do not die just like that - HAD TO BE REASON. Power on Mac without any drives - and WITOUT ANYTHING in USB - just video cable and power cord only! Tall me about those beeps - as they mean something - like 3 long 1 short etc.
sadly it would be great if You would do FRESH installation Mojave - and obvious SMC NVRAM resets - then we can diagnose further Be glad it is not completely dead :)
I think (because MacBook is on so far for about few hours) - final release Mojave and clean install fixed problem. Crazy think - under clean Beta 11 I still had shutdowns - I kind-of-fix them with disabling Thunderbolt drivers. So far so good
Hello Berco Could You please tell me is Your MacBook working with “dongle” MiniDisplay cable/dongle in? I thinking to cut that DisplayPort cable and create dongle and live with it Does it work for You like this? Thank You :)
I’ve got EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM!!!!!!! MacBook Pro 15 2013 random shut downs and sleep and to be more CRAZY - I do not have dedicated GPU - just Iris because 2.0GHz 2013 model
Your glass opener sucks - it is too thick - I had it - too thick compared to my Watch opening tool - yes my tool is maybe more flexible but much thiner and sharper

More savings!
Co ameras are interchangeable?
