I am Shmajay, and I am here to help! I am a great source of knowledge when it comes to most computer related issues and some home mechanical needs. I've been in the tech field for over a decade and before that I spent time tinkering in furnaces and air conditioners. HVAC teaches you a lot about plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, and general carpentry, as it involves each of those. There are still a lot of things that I am willing to learn, and this community is going to be a great learning experience.

I like to ask a lot of questions, this is so I can do my best help you figure out your problems. But I will also ask them to help you learn something too. I may also ask some very simple questions, please understand that I do not know your level of experience, and I am not insulting your intelligence. As a tech myself I know that there are times where even we miss some of the simple solutions, and asking questions helps us reduce missing them.
