Your Lithium battery's may be sleeping. Sleeping lithium battery's are battery's that have lost capacity or entire cells. Its possible your battery is dead or one cell Once a lithium drops below the low voltage cutoff it will it will sleep producing no power. Even if the battery is a 3.7v it may have 3 cells in it. And one has dropped below 2.4v causing the battery to turn off. If the cell is bad it will take out the rest. If you don't want to buy a new battery. You can try a external universal charger and see if that charges it.

Your charging block may be damaged. This happens to non OEM. Cords/blocks. In sum cases I found the power block voltage spiked and sent to much power to the phone and it burned the ribbon cord that connects the power port to the main board.

Your issue is a bad part. Possibly camera or gyro sensor. Here's a easy way to find out what went bad. Open the 5c. Remove the plates covering the connectors for the screen. (KEEP NOTE WHERE EACH SCREW CAME FROM. IF YOU PUT THE WRONG ONE IN THE WRONG SPOT. IT WILL DAMAGE THE BOARD remove or disconnect the camera. Try to boot with phone semi open. If it boots. Its a bad camera. If not. Unplug another connector and try again. It usually ends up being a gyro sensor. But if you still have a issue keep testing all connectors. In sum cases.
